If you do have a support question or bug report, PLEASE INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

• Country and province/state
• Modem brand and model
• All the fields in the modem setup dialog (service provider, TAPI support, voice support, caller ID support, operating system, unimodem version)
• Call Trace version
